Greetings as we enter the final week of March!

As Easter approaches, we extend warm wishes for joyful gatherings with loved ones. To encourage enjoyment of outdoor spaces, our water division will temporarily suspend irrigation to all park areas this weekend, allowing for unrestricted access.

Starting April 1st, we'll transition to our summer field schedule, commencing operations at 6 a.m. To ensure a peaceful start to the day for everyone, we will not initiate the use of power equipment until 7 a.m. This adjustment will enable our team to focus on quieter tasks around the community beforehand.

Wishing you a delightful Easter Sunday filled with laughter and cherished moments. Should you have any inquiries or require clarification regarding our revised schedule, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Make it a great week!

Trim Cycle Rotations:

- The spring application of granite pre-emergent continues as we speak.
- Frost damage is being removed via pruning as we come through each cycle.
- As fast as tree debris fell, we are already seeing trees showing new buds. Arizona's tree life cycle is certainly very unique.
- We are seeing tree debris from non-deciduous trees as we get into spring. The Live Oak trees, Sisso trees and soon the palo verde trees will be shedding foliage over the next several weeks.

Water Management:
-  We are on a more spring-like watering schedule as the daytime temperatures continue to increase.
-  Dormant grass watering will be approximately twice per week this time of year in most cases and that's primarily for trees in the grass areas. This will increase when we hit April and prepare for aeration of the turf areas.
-  Rye grass watering is 3-4 times per week right now in most cases and never the day before we mow as the rye grass tends to hold more moisture due to the cooler days and less evaporation.
- If you notice evidence of heavy runoff or excessive watering, please inform us, as it may be a few days before our maintenance crew returns to the site.
