Construction work will begin on January 21st, 2026 to remove and replace sidewalk scuppers throughout the community. This work will be completed by Knochel Bros in stages, with the total work estimated to take up to 45 days once the work begins.
In addition to the scupper removal and installation, repairs to several sections of sidewalk throughout the community will also be completed in those 45 working days.
Knochel Bros may have already left a flyer at your home alerting you to this work.
All work will start no earlier than 7:00 am.
Scuppers that are not being worked on will be barricaded off and caution tape will be put around the barricades.
